Practical Info & Rules Check-in is from 4:00 PM to 11:00 PM, and check-out is by 11:00 AM. This property is dog-friendly (up to two dogs with a 25 lb weight limit) with a $200 per pet fee; please note there is a strict no cat policy. Dogs are prohibited on the beach from 10 am to 6 pm (May 1st to Sept 30th) and are never allowed on the pier. Other house rules include no parties, no firearms, and no smoking inside. Guests must abide by outdoor quiet hours from 10 pm to 10 am. If decorating, please use only painters tape.
