The sleeping arrangements include a primary suite with a king and queen bed, two guest bedrooms each with queen beds, and a bunk room featuring a double and twin bed. The home offers two full bathrooms, including an ensuite with a double vanity and walk-in shower, and a shared bathroom with a double vanity and tub-shower combo.

Inside, you will find an open living, dining, and kitchen layout designed for togetherness. The comfortable living room is equipped with a Smart TV, while the fully equipped kitchen provides island seating for three and a dining table that accommodates five. For outdoor enjoyment, the property boasts a back deck to soak in the ocean breezes, a spacious yard, and a fire pit for cozy evenings (please bring your own firewood). Guests can also enjoy the convenience of an outdoor shower and direct beach access.

For those looking to explore further, you are only 30 minutes from Historic Downtown Charleston and 45 minutes from Charleston International Airport.

Practical Information:

• Check-in: 4:00 PM
• Check-out: 11:00 AM
• Policies: No pets (ADA service animals welcome), no parties, no firearms, and no smoking inside.
• Quiet hours are observed outdoors from 10 PM to 10 AM.
• During turtle hatching season (May-October), all outdoor lights visible from the beach must be off from dusk until dawn, and curtains/blinds must be closed.
• A crib and high chair are available for an additional fee if ordered 48 hours in advance.
• Evacuation Policy: Full refund within 72 hours for mandatory evacuations in Charleston County.
