On the ground level, a private "mother-in-law suite" provides an additional King bedroom, a full bathroom, and a bonus room. For extra flexibility, the downstairs living room includes a queen-size pull-out sleeper sofa, and the bonus room features a futon suitable for small children or as an office space.

Practical Info & Rules Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. This is a dog-friendly property; pets are allowed upon approval with a one-time fee based on the length of stay ($125 for up to 3 nights, $150 for 4-6 nights, and $250 for 7+ nights).

Strict policies are in place to maintain the peace of the community: Folly Beach enforces a strict "one strike" noise ordinance, and parties or events are absolutely prohibited. Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the property. All guests (aged 21+) are required to electronically sign a rental agreement before check-in instructions are released.
