The sleeping arrangements include two private king suites with ensuite bathrooms—one on each floor. Two additional bedrooms feature king beds with full bathrooms located directly across the hall, while the upstairs living area provides twin bunk beds for additional guests.

Inside, you will find a bright open-concept living and dining area perfect for gathering. The fully equipped kitchen is a chef's delight with a gas range, oversized island, and stainless-steel appliances. For added flexibility, the home includes two distinct living areas; the second-floor space is equipped with a sectional, television, and a convenient kitchenette, providing direct access to the upper open-air deck.

Outdoor living is at the heart of this property. Guests can enjoy quiet mornings by the private pool, evenings around the fire pit, or peaceful views of the Folly River and marsh from the screened porch.
