All Vacation Rental Properties are approved by the City and possess a Vacation Rental License. Below is a list of rules that the city requires and must be agreed to in the Rental Agreement when reserving a property.

Failure to follow the property rules may result in the rental agreement being voided and the reservation canceled.

Please review the property rules and ensure you have reviewed them with your traveling partners.

-Rental Agreement & Arrival Forms are required prior to arrival. Failure to electronically submit these forms will result in your reservation being canceled by the host and Four Seasons Fort Lauderdale.

CHECK-IN -The primary guests must be 21 years or older at the time of check-in.

-The primary guest must be present for check-in with valid identification matching the information on the reservation.

-The primary guest must be a guest staying on the premises and cannot reserve this property on behalf of others.

OCCUPANCY

• We do not allow more than the number of guests listed on the reservation as overnight guests. If you plan on having friends or family over during the day please be mindful of the rules to prevent additional per-night occupancy charges.

-NO SMOKING OF ANY KIND INSIDE THE UNIT.

PETS- Potty-trained non-shedding pets are allowed on a case-by-case basis. (Must get PM Approval) Pet Fee will be charged separately. Maximum weight: 25 pounds (11.4 kg), according to the hotel’s official policy.

HOLD HARMLESS

• Tenant & guests of booking guest agree to reimburse Luxury Vacation Stays money upon demand in the amount of the loss, property damage, or cost of repairs or service (including Plumbing Trouble) caused by negligence or improper use by tenant Or by the family, guests, or housekeeping/vendor hires of the tenant. -Guest at all times will indemnify and hold harmless Luxury Vacation Stays, its partners, and the property owner from all losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses that can be claimed against Luxury Vacation Stays and or the property owner for any injuries or damages to the person or property of any persons, caused by the acts, omissions, neglect or fault of tenant, or the agents, family or guests of tenant, or arising from the failure of tenant or the agents, family or guests of tenant to comply with any applicable laws, statutes, ordinance or regulations.

LINENS & TOWELS

• Please be respectful of our home and do not use linens and towels to clean up or remove anything that will stain. Stained linens that can not be laundered must be replaced at the guest’s expense. Host reserves the right to cancel the reservation before or during the reservation if the house rules are NOT followed. No refund will be issued if the reservation is canceled due to house rules being broken and the reservation is canceled.

ITEMS INSIDE RESIDENCE

• All items located inside the residence are owned by the residence and NOT hotel property. Please DO NOT send any items with Hotel Staff, Room Service, or Beach Service attendants. Those items will not be returned to the residence. read less

This is a private residence at the Four Seasons, Hotel & Resort. Please note that Housekeeping is NOT INCLUDED at this private residence. If you would like to arrange housekeeping services, they must be arranged 48 hours in advance and there will be an à la carte fee for housekeeping services.

HOLIDAY CANCELATION POLICY: For extended stays (more than 7 days) during peak holiday periods like Hanukkah, Christmas, and New Year's, a specific cancellation policy applies. Guests must cancel at least 90 days prior to arrival for a full refund. Cancellations made between 90 and 60 days before arrival will receive a 50% refund. No refunds are issued for cancellations within 60 days of the scheduled check-in date. All refunds are subject to applicable processing fees, and specific holiday dates and terms will be clearly communicated prior to reservation confirmation.
