Designed for family and friends, this home features a layout with 4 bedrooms and 4 beds across 3 bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 10 guests. The sleeping arrangements are thoughtfully distributed for maximum comfort. The first floor offers a king bed with a private en-suite bathroom, a room with two queen beds sharing a full bath, and a third bedroom featuring a queen bed and a twin daybed. The second floor includes a dedicated bunk room with a twin-over-full bunk bed, perfect for children, and a luxurious primary suite boasting a king bed, a private balcony with ocean views, a walk-in closet, and an en-suite bath complete with a soaking tub and dual vanities.

The interior is open and airy, filled with natural light and hardwood floors throughout the main level. The living room serves as a cozy hub with a fireplace and built-ins, opening directly onto a screened porch where Adirondack rocking chairs invite you to soak in the sea breeze. For added convenience, the home includes a wet bar and an oversized laundry room equipped with a second refrigerator.

While the structured amenities list is currently limited, the home provides the following features for your stay:

Situated at the end of a quiet dead-end street with no through traffic, Second Wind offers a peaceful atmosphere with ample parking in the spacious garage. • Check-in: 4:00 PM
• Check-out: 10:00 AM
• Pets: Well-behaved pups are allowed with prior approval and a $250 non-refundable pet fee per pet. Deep cleaning is performed after pet stays.
• Rules: A signed vacation rental agreement is required prior to confirmation. Quiet hours are 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Parties, events, and gatherings are strictly prohibited by the City of Isle of Palms.
• Occupancy: Maximum occupancy is strictly enforced.

Please note that a beach renourishment project is planned for Summer 2026 near the north end of Wild Dunes, which may cause temporary access limitations.
