The heart of the property is the stunning reception hall, a 2,200 sqft open spacious room that serves as the main attraction for indoor events. For those looking to bring the party outside, the estate boasts a large 2,400 sqft patio and a very large deck, both perfect for outdoor entertainment. Guests can also enjoy the 700 sqft movie and game room offering several games, as well as a relaxing gazebo. For peace of mind, the home is equipped with a whole-house Generac backup generator to ensure uninterrupted power during your visit.

Located in a serene, wooded area of Greensboro, the property offers an expansive parking area capable of hosting 50 plus cars, making it an ideal choice for large groups and professional events.

• Smoking/Vaping: Strictly prohibited indoors; please use the designated outdoor areas

• 1-Day Rentals: Access is limited to the event center, game room, and 1st floor (including 1 King bedroom with connecting bathroom). The 2nd floor is not accessible.
• Fees: Early check-in (9am) is $250; Late check-out options range from $250 (until 3pm) to $500 (until 6pm).
• Equipment: Weekend rentals include various round and rectangle tables, 100 standard chairs, chaffing pans, and beverage dispensers. Additional fees apply for table linens and outdoor heaters.
