The layout features a primary suite upstairs with a King bed, ceiling fan, TV, a private sun deck, and an en-suite bathroom boasting a double vanity, huge walk-in shower, and soaker tub. Two additional upstairs bedrooms include one with a Queen bed and balcony, and another with two Twin beds. Downstairs, a guest bedroom offers a Queen bed, balcony, and a full bath with custom floor-to-ceiling tiles. All bedrooms are updated with high-end mattresses installed in 2023 to ensure a restful stay.

Outdoor living is a highlight of this property. Guests can enjoy a screened porch or the newly custom enclosed space under the home, which is an amazing area featuring a custom cooking area with a large chef grill and crab boiler, a Smart TV, and cozy furnishing. A hot-and-cold outdoor shower is also available. For those visiting between October 1st and April 30th, the private seasonal hot tub is available for adult use.

Practical Information: Check-in is at 4:00 PM via contactless lockbox; check-out is at 10:00 AM. This is a non-smoking property, and pets are not allowed. Renters must be at least 25 years old. Please be mindful that this home is in a quiet residential community; the Folly Beach noise ordinance is strictly enforced from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. To ensure compliance, NoiseAware technology is used to monitor decibel levels. House parties, weddings, and events are prohibited. Parking accommodates up to five cars, depending on vehicle size.
