The Primary Suite is a true highlight, featuring a king bed, a private deck with comfortable seating, and a separate dressing area with a quiet workspace. A second bedroom also offers a king bed, while two additional bedrooms provide queen beds. For added flexibility, the third floor hosts a cozy TV room with a comfortable fold-out sofa and an additional full bathroom.

The main level is designed for seamless entertaining, boasting an open airy floor plan with warm-toned hardwood floors and large windows that frame peaceful marsh views. Please note that pets are not allowed and quiet hours are strictly enforced from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM, with no loud music or parties permitted. Parking is available for 2 vehicles. Guests are required to sign a vacation rental agreement prior to confirmation. Additionally, be aware that a beach renourishment project is planned for Summer 2026, which may cause temporary beach access limitations.
