The home is pet-friendly for dogs only (maximum of 2 dogs) with a $200 fee per pet; please note there is a strict no-cat policy. To maintain a peaceful environment for our neighbors, quiet hours are enforced outside from 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Additionally, parties are strictly prohibited, smoking is only permitted outdoors, and firearms are not allowed on the premises. Guests are asked to use only painters tape for any decorations.
