For added convenience, the shared bedrooms are served by a Jack and Jill bathroom.

Inside, you will find inviting indoor spaces centered around a cozy living room with large sectional seating and a 75-inch Smart TV with streaming capabilities. • Access: This elevated coastal home is accessed via an exterior staircase to the main floor, with an additional interior staircase leading to the bedrooms.
• Policies: No pets allowed (ADA service animals welcome), no parties, no firearms, and no smoking inside. Please abide by outdoor quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 10:00 AM.
• Important Notes: Use only painters tape for decorations. Outdoor showers and spigots are turned off from December 1st to late March to prevent freezing.
