Practical Information: Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Self check-in is available. This is not a party house; neighbors must be respected at all times. Neighborhood quiet hours are strictly enforced from 10pm to 10am, and violations may result in a city fine of $1047. Pets are allowed upon approval; please inquire prior to booking, as a $200 pet fee applies. To avoid a $250 fine, guests must not use tape, adhesives, glitter, or exterior decorations on the property. All guests are responsible for adhering to the City of Folly's Ordinance rules.
