About Property

Discover a tropical paradise in Miami at Serena, a corner lot gem situated on a sprawling 15,000-square-foot property. This stunning 9-bedroom and 5-bathroom single-family home is nestled in the heart of a quiet, peaceful, and super-private family-driven neighborhood, offering the perfect sanctuary for your next group getaway.

Designed for flexibility and comfort, the sleeping arrangements are split across two buildings to ensure everyone has space to unwind. The main home features six bedrooms, including three full master suites for ultimate privacy. Bedroom 1 boasts a Tempur-Pedic king bed, ensuite bathroom, and pool views; Bedroom 2 and Bedroom 6 also feature king beds with ensuite bathrooms. Bedrooms 3 and 5 each provide two queen beds and spacious closets, while Bedroom 4 offers a comfortable queen bed. The separate guest house adds three more bedrooms: one with a king bed and two with queen beds. Every bedroom is equipped with a smart TV. For additional needs, two foldable single beds can be arranged with 24 hours' notice, though the guest capacity remains at 16.

The home's five full bathrooms provide luxurious showers and plush towels, with a complimentary starter supply of shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and lotion. The guest house bathroom specifically features a double vanity and a large walk-in shower.

Gather in the open-concept living room, where pool views and a large sectional couch create a natural hub for relaxation. Enjoy movie nights on the 75-inch smart TV or challenge your group to a game of pool or a board game. The recently upgraded kitchen is a chef's delight with marble countertops, stainless steel appliances, and full cookware, complemented by an indoor dining table that seats six.

Step outside into a gorgeous private backyard designed for the Florida sunshine. This fenced oasis is lined with dense vegetation for maximum privacy and features a saltwater pool, sun loungers, a large cooler, and inflatable toys. As evening falls, enjoy beautiful sunsets by the gas fire pit or grill dinner on the gas BBQ.
