This spacious 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom estate accommodates up to 12 guests with thoughtfully designed sleeping arrangements. The master bedroom suite features a plush king bed with luxury bedding and an ensuite bathroom with double vanities, large tub with jets, and oversized shower. Guest bedroom 1 offers a full-size bed with ample closet space and half-bathroom, while guest bedroom 2 provides two twin beds in a spacious carpeted room. Guest bedroom 3 showcases a comfortable king bed with sliding glass doors and balcony access overlooking the Bohicket River. Guest bedroom 4 includes two queen beds with waterfront views from the private balcony.

Throughout the house you'll find stylish, upscale furniture atop Vermont maple and hardwood floors, chic light fixtures, exposed brick, vaulted post and beam ceilings, and exposed beams. The spacious, fully-equipped kitchen boasts waterfront views and features an oven with warming drawer, while the great room showcases an antique brick fireplace, custom wood cabinetry, and incredible waterfront views. The kitchen, great room and master suite provide access to the back porch that runs the full length of the house.

Seabrook Island is a gated, private island offering vast, uncrowded beaches and recreational activities including fishing, crabbing, biking, and kayaking. The historic city of Charleston is just 21 miles away. Optional Amenity Cards ($55 per day per family) provide access to on-island dining, beach club pool, tennis, paddleball, golf, and equestrian center. Without the card, guests can still enjoy the outdoor Lakehouse pool and beaches.

Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM with self check-in via keypad. Gate passes for island access will be provided in advance. This property includes comfortable linens, towels, and starter supplies. Smoking is only permitted outside, at least 15 feet from doors. Free cancellations are available up to 30 days before your stay. The property is professionally managed by Sandpiper with continuous, attentive service throughout your reservation and stay.
