Designed for groups of up to 12 guests, the residence features five bedrooms and five bathrooms. The sleeping arrangements are thoughtfully distributed across two floors: the first floor hosts the primary suite with a king bed and private bath, a bedroom with a queen bed and private bath, and two additional rooms featuring two twin beds and two full beds respectively, both utilizing dedicated hallway bathrooms. The second floor provides a secluded retreat with a second king bedroom and private bathroom. Each bedroom is equipped with a flat-screen TV for your entertainment.

The interior welcomes you with soaring vaulted ceilings, custom shiplap detail, and an abundance of natural light. An open floor plan seamlessly connects the sophisticated living room and elegant dining area to a gourmet kitchen, complete with striking waterfall countertops, custom cabinetry, and stainless steel appliances.

Outdoor living is prioritized with a private pool (optional heating available), a screened porch perfect for al fresco dining, and open-air decks shaded by majestic live oaks overlooking the maritime forest. For added recreation, the garage includes a ping pong table and sitting area.

Nestled in Johns Island, South Carolina, this home is a gateway to island adventure. You are just a 15-minute walk or an 8-minute bike ride from Boardwalk 5. Explore 30 miles of island bike trails, five championship golf courses, or world-class tennis and pickleball at the Roy Barth Tennis Center. Local shops and restaurants are also nearby for your convenience.

Practical Information: Check-in is available starting at 4:00 PM, and check-out is by 10:00 AM. This is a non-smoking property equipped with exterior security cameras for guest safety. Please note that beach gear, bikes, and beach/pool towels are not provided. Guests do not have access to Kiawah Island Resort pools or fitness centers. The fireplace is unavailable for guest use.

Pets are welcome with restrictions: up to two small dogs under 40lbs are permitted for a non-refundable fee of $125 per dog.
