Upstairs, you will find a second master king suite with marsh views, a bedroom with a queen bed and beach décor, and a fifth bedroom with a queen bed and water views. For larger groups or children, a dedicated guest retreat provides two bunk beds (doubles on bottom, twins on top) along with a comfy sofa and sitting area.

The heart of the home is an open floor plan centered around a well-equipped kitchen boasting leathered granite countertops, a farmhouse sink, and two islands for ample serving space. The living area features LED recessed lighting and stunning marsh views, while the sunroom provides a peaceful spot for morning reading or evening cocktails.
