Practical Info & Rules: Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. A signed digital rental agreement and check-in form are required 30 days prior to arrival. Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM, and parties or events are strictly prohibited. Smoking and vaping are not allowed inside the house, and the use of glitter or hair dye is forbidden, with steep fines for violations.

Pets are welcome with a $300 fee for up to two pets under 30 lbs (approval needed for more); please note pets are not permitted on the furniture. Boat parking is not available on-site. Guests are reminded that the property is not child-proof and that the local tropical climate may occasionally bring wildlife or insects onto the premises.
