-ID's required within 24 hours of booking. 25 and over only to book. -NO UNREGISTERED GUESTS/VISITORS ALLOWED ON THE PROPERTY ANY TIME UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. Only people on the reservation are allowed on the property. If more than the legal occupancy is on the property at any time, local authorities will vacate the house and the reservation will be canceled without refund for unused nights or deposit. -Maximum occupancy is 8 people no more than 8 adults and 4 children under the age of 4 years old. -No events or parties. -No pets. -No outside noise disturbances after 9 PM. -Outdoor security cameras and noise monitoring systems required by the city are on the exterior of the property. -NO SMOKING OF ANY KIND INSIDE THE HOUSE. Do not throw cigarette butts in the yard. $100.00 fee for butt removal. -Smoking inside the house, of any kind, will result in an additional $1,000.00 cleaning fee. -Do not flush any wipes (even ones labeled flushable), sanitary items, paper towels, trash, or other items other than toilet paper in the toilets. -Violators will pay for the plumbing service. -Doors must remain closed at all times while the AC is running. -Late check-out is not allowed. A 100.00 fee will be added for the first hour of late check-out. If more than 2 hours late, you will be charged for the night's stay and pay to relocate new guests who will not be able to check in.

Pool or spa heating is available for $45/day. 48 hours' notice required for pool heating. Please note that heating is weather-dependent. During colder temperatures (below ~70°F), the heater can be turned on, but the pool may only reach the mid- to upper-70s or low-80s and may not reach the 80s or 90°. Heating fees are non-refundable once activated.

Trash bins must be taken out to the street and brought back in on the listed days. Garbage is collected on Tuesday and Friday mornings. Recycling is on Friday.

Doors and windows must remain closed at all times while the air conditioner is on.

Late check-out is not allowed. A 100.00 fee will be added for the first hour of late check-out. If more than 2 hours late, you will be charged the night's stay and pay to relocate new guests who will not be able to check-in.

Outdoor security cameras recording. Do not tamper with outdoor security cameras or noise monitors.

Storms: Refunds for storms are not given unless there is a mandatory evacuation.

No outside noise disturbances after dark. The City code specifies that: “It shall be unlawful for any person to make, continue, or cause to be made or continued any unreasonably loud, excessive, unnecessary or unusual noise.” “Noise” is not limited to music, and can include other noises, such as horns, exhausts, shouting, animals, construction noise, etc.

Storms: Refunds for storms are not given unless there is a mandatory evacuation.

Any guest who breaks the house rules will lose their security deposit and will need to leave the premises with no refund for used or unused booked days.
