The sleeping arrangements are thoughtfully distributed across the property: the main house features a first-floor master with a King bed, a second-floor master with a King bed, a second-floor bedroom with a Queen bed, and a third bedroom on the second floor featuring 2 Twin Bunk Beds. Additionally, the Mother in Law suite provides a quiet retreat with a Queen bed.

The main residence is centered around a gourmet kitchen equipped with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a gas stove, flowing seamlessly into the dining and living areas anchored by a cozy fireplace. Pine floors run throughout the home, which also offers two separate family rooms to ensure plenty of space for everyone. For additional privacy, the guest house is a complete home of its own, featuring a full kitchen, living area, dining space, fireplace, and its own washer and dryer.

Outdoor living is the heartbeat of this property. A large screen porch and sun deck lead you to a private 20 x 40 pool. The surrounding entertaining area is brought to life with colorful tropical décor and a private tiki bar complete with a sound system, bar sink, and two under-counter refrigerators.

Located within the exclusive Fripp Island community, guests can opt for access to the renowned Fripp Island Resort amenities. Please note that a Resort fee (12.8% of the base rental rate) applies in addition to the cost of individual club cards for those wishing to use the facilities. The Fripp Island Club is private; therefore, each unaccompanied guest aged 13 and older must possess an amenity card to access the club's facilities. These temporary memberships are available for purchase up to the maximum occupancy of the home.
