Guests agree to the following upon booking:
*Pet Policy: This is a pet friendly property! Our guests are able to bring a maximum of two dogs for a flat fee of $150. There are no size or breed restrictions. Pets are not permitted on the living room furniture. All pets must be crated when the guest leaves and the pets are left inside the apartment. Maintenance or housekeeping will not enter the property to perform services if pets are not crated. Failure to comply with the pet policy or house rules may result in additional charges, or even eviction.
*We have a strict 11 am check out time. This is to ensure that guests like yourselves can arrive to a clean room on time.
*Our cancellation policy can be read in Airbnb before booking. We will abide by this.
*Altering a reservation must be approved by management and is subject to fees.
*Guests must NOT sublease the unit.
*All guests must abide to the rules and regulations of the complex where our unit is located.
*Construction may take place at our location or at a nearby location. This could cause noise, loss of amenities or obstruction of view. We do our best to notify guests when we are aware of something in the area going on. However, it is still the guest`s responsibility to do their own due diligence to see if any construction is going. There will be no refunds due to this.
*All items in the unit are privately owned. This includes all bedding, towels and linens. Please leave all of these at your departure. Any missing items will be charged to the guest.
*The cleaning fee included in your total covers the cost of a basic cleaning for the whole unit, laundering of the linens, and a "starter pack" of toiletries. Guests are still expected to pick up after themselves. Please dispose of all items (food, trash, personal items etc). Wash all dishes that were used.
*This unit is non-smoking. Any evidence of smoking will result in charges.
*All of our rules are to protect the property and to ensure that the incoming guest is able to check in on time with no issues.
Trash: Guests will dispose of all trash in the dumpster on site. Any trash left inside the cabin upon departure will result in fines.
Amenities: You’ll have access to the entire cabin, the picnic table outside of the cabin, and our pavilion area located above the cabins that includes a large grill, picnic tables, fire pit, and rocking chairs.
BBQ Grill: There is a community grill on-site that guests may use. We do not provide the propane. Guests will need to purchase their own if they intend to use the grill. Please be sure to clean up the grill after each use. Failure to do so will result in fines!
Late Checkout charges. $25 for the first hour. $50 for every additional hour not out of the room up until check in time at 4pm If a guest is still in the unit after check in time. We will charge the guest for an additional night on top of the other late checkout fees. If we have to cancel a upcoming guest due to a guest still occupying the unit after checkout. The guest will also be responsible for the lost revenue on the incoming guest.
Parking: Guests will be able to park 2 vehicles. No parking on the main drive or in the grass. Motorcycles and trailers allowed!!
Breaking House Rules - We will charge an additional $150
Wifi - The Wifi is operated by the homeowner not by Casago Blue Ridge. While we do offer login information, we do not control its reliability, speed, or availability. We do not offer discounts or make rate adjustments for any amenity that may not be available during the stay.
RESORT MANAGEMENT Casago Blue Ridge and its homeowners cannot guarantee that all facilities and/or amenities will be available for the use of our renters. From time to time, resort managers, builders, developers, and the HOA board will change the rules and regulations of which amenities our guests have access to, all of which are out of our control. We do not offer refunds, make rate adjustments, or offer rebates due to these matters.
Our office hours are from 8 am to 10pm, seven days a week. We are available after hours for emergencies (In-House Guests Only) by calling our office and pressing 5. Out of respect for our staff, any guests that calls the emergency line and do not have true emergencies, will be charged a minimum $50 fee. Please use your best judgement when calling the emergency line. True emergencies include, but are not limited to, issues with entry or door locks, flooding, fire, power, etc.
