Each space is equipped with everything needed for a perfect vacation, including:

• Private balconies overlooking the beautiful Indian River lagoon
• Flat-screen TVs and free wifi for streaming your favorite shows
• Refreshing air conditioning throughout the units

Located just a short walk from the beach, you can easily transition from soaking up the sun on the sand to relaxing with your favorite beverage on your own private balcony. To ensure a comfortable start, the property provides an initial stock of essentials, including paper towels, toilet paper, tissues, coffee pods, creamer, sugar, garbage bags, sponges, dish soap, dishwasher tabs, and light cleaning supplies. Please note that laundry soap is not provided, and guests are responsible for replenishing supplies as needed during their stay.

Practical details include keyless entry via digital door locks. Check-in is available starting at 4:00 PM, and check-out is by 10:00 AM. While the property is pet-friendly, please note that only dogs are permitted. Additionally, guests should be aware that mailbox access is not available, and while the hot tub heater is functional, the jets do not work. Please be advised that during the month of August, sea wall repairs may result in noise on weekdays between 9am and 5pm, and the dock may be inaccessible on certain days.
