Practical Information & Rules:
- Check-in: 3:00 PM - 7:00 PM (Strictly no check-in after 11:00 PM)
- Check-out: 11:00 AM (Mandatory)
- Policies: No pets allowed. This is a strictly non-smoking unit; a $500 charge applies for smoking in the room, balcony, or hotel areas.
- Fees: A resort fee of $56 per unit/night is paid at check-in (covers Wi-Fi, gym, and pool loungers). Valet parking is available for a surcharge ($51-$52 daily), or a public garage is located one block away on 10th St.
- Note: This is a privately owned resident unit. Maid service and amenity replenishment are not included but are available upon request for an extra cost. A valid photo ID matching the reservation name is required at arrival.

Please note that this property is a strict non-smoking building, and we have a zero-tolerance policy for smoking inside the suite. A violation fee of $500 will be applied if any guests are found smoking in the suite.
We offer cleaning services for an extra fee. Should you wish to use the laundry rooms located on the 4th, 7th, 11th and 16th floors, you can purchase a laundry card in the mail room with cash. The mailroom is right behind the elevators. The laundry machine is at the end of the mailroom. Don't forget once you bought the laundry card for $ 5 you need to load it with $ 5, 10 or 20 notes. Once done, please exit the building with the door next to the laundry card machine and re-enter the Mondrian through the main door through the lobby. You can purchase detergent at Walgreens located just 1 block away from the Mondrian on 1011 Alton Rd, Miami Beach, FL 33139.
- Check-in is between 3 pm and 7 pm.
- Early check in before 11 am or late check in after 7 pm if property available will be for an extra $ 50 fee, extra late check ins after midnight will be charged an extra $ 100. I hope you understand.
