This home is pet-friendly with a 2-dog allowance, and an additional dog may be allowed with an extra fee. Maximum overnight occupancy is 12 guests, and maximum daytime occupancy is 20. Please note that there are two active security cameras on the premises, and the fireplace(s) are for aesthetic purposes only. The garage and boat lift/slip are not accessible to renters, but boats can be tied to the side of the dock. Duke Power manages the lake levels, and water depth cannot be guaranteed.
