Designed for comfort and versatility, the home accommodates up to 12 guests. The sleeping arrangements are thoughtfully distributed across the property. The main level features a king suite with lake views, an electric fireplace, and an ensuite bathroom, alongside a second king room and a bunk room containing two bunks (four twin beds) and a futon. For added privacy, the property includes a separate garage apartment complex: the lower level offers a king room with an ensuite half bathroom, coffee bar, and outdoor shower, while the upper level features a queen loft with its own ensuite bathroom, kitchenette, living space, and private balcony. In total, the home provides 3 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms.

Guests can immerse themselves in a variety of high-end features designed for entertainment and relaxation:

• A naturescaped pool with a fantastic waterfall, surrounded by palm and banana trees

Nestled in an enchanting locale, Nancy Key provides effortless access to Lake Norman. Guests can enjoy 500 miles of shoreline, waterfront dining, and nature trails. Whether you are interested in high-performance tritoon rentals, fishing, or simply slipping into "Lake Norman Time," the area is perfect for both adventure and relaxation.

Practical information for your stay: Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. The property is pet-friendly, allowing up to two dogs with no pet fee; additional dogs may be permitted for an extra fee. Please note the minimum booking age is 26. For security, two active cameras are on-site, monitoring the driveway and dock. The pool is not heated and is closed from October 31 through April 1. Additionally, the wood stove is for aesthetic purposes only and is not functional. Note that water levels are managed by Duke Power and cannot be guaranteed.
