Sleeping Arrangements The estate features 6 bedrooms and 4 full bathrooms. In the main house, the first floor offers a King bedroom with an ensuite bathroom featuring a double vanity, soaking tub, and glass enclosed shower, as well as a Queen bedroom served by a hallway bathroom. The second floor contains three additional bedrooms: two rooms each with two Queen beds, and a fifth bedroom with a King bed and daybed, all served by a second-floor hallway bathroom. The separate, single-level in-law cottage provides a sixth bedroom equipped with 2 Twin-over-Queen bunks and its own ensuite bathroom.

Practical Info & Rules Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. The reservation holder must be at least 21 years old. Pets, smoking, parties, and events are strictly prohibited. Mailing packages to the premises is not permitted. Guests must complete a verification process and sign an agreement prior to arrival. For security and local compliance, the property uses exterior video recording at entrances and a NoiseAware decibel monitoring system.
