This property is dog-friendly with an applicable pet fee for a maximum of two (2) well-behaved dogs per booking. Please be sure you have disclosed and paid for any pets you intend to bring prior to your check-in by adding them to the pet count upon booking. Dogs are not to be allowed on any furniture in the property and must be cleaned up after throughout your stay. No other animal types are allowed. A $250 USD fine will be assessed if undisclosed pets or if unauthorized pet types are brought.

The booking guest must e-sign the property Rental Agreement prior to check-in.

Credit card information will be separately and securely collected during Rental Agreement e-signing process. A $500 USD Security Hold will be separately pre-authorized on your credit card on file by Fun Coast Rentals (the host) one (1) day before arrival and will be released two (2) days following departure, provided no damages are found at the property. For stays longer than 7 days, the pre-authorization hold will be released and recaptured each 7 day period of your stay.

Smoking, vaping, or illegal drug use of any kind is not permitted at this property. A $250 USD fine will be assessed if evidence of these activities has been found after check-out.

Please take special care in ensuring that items (plates, cups, towels, etc.) from one home do not get transferred or left at the home next door.

A maximum of four (4) vehicles per booking are permitted. All guests must abide by the additional parking rules detailed in the welcome email during your stay or they may be subject to tow and/or fines at the vehicle owner's expense.

Events, parties, or large gatherings are not permitted at this property.

The booking guest must be at least 25 years of age and must stay at the property during the entire reservation. A government issued photo identification may be required upon check-in.

Check-out time of 10:00 AM local time or earlier on the last day of your booking must be strictly adhered to unless other arrangements have been made directly with the host. Fees may apply for unauthorized early check-ins or late check-outs.

The number of overnight persons at the property greater than the amount stated on the reservation is not permitted.

Moving of any furniture in the property is not permitted without prior approval from the host.

Toilets in this property are designed to only flush toilet paper and normal human waste. Please do not flush any other objects or materials down the toilet. These objects include, but are not limited to: diapers, sanitary pads, q-tips, band-aids, paper towels, etc. Furthermore, please do not dump any grease down any of the drains in the property.

Report any damages that occur to the host immediately.
