The walk-out basement includes a bedroom with a King bed and a twin convertible chair, along with additional memory-foam rollaway beds in the rec room.

-This guest home is our treasured restoration, a labor of love. If you move something, put it back. If you make a mess, clean it. Basic cleaning supplies are throughout the property. -All Garbage must be bagged and stowed in the garbage cans. Do NOT leave it on the porch or on the ground. Animals will find it and make a mess.
- Our Barn is perfect for large family and friend gatherings to enjoy each other's company and to strengthen relationships. If your group is large and you are gathering to celebrate a special occasion, please discuss with us to ensure our property is a good fit for you
- We work hard to make our property as safe as possible, but children should be watched closely to avoid accidents and injuries. All of our floors are hard surfaces, we have lots of stairs, and we have a pond in the backyard! Please monitor children's activities to ensure everyone has a great time....and don't get hurt! -Smoking (any type/product including vaping) only allowed outside, with windows closed so smoke/smells stay outside. Charges will be passed on for smoking-related cleaning of the house or the yard. -Pets are permitted with prior approval. Pet fee $150 FOR ONE DOG. ADDITIONAL DOGS ARE ADD'L FEES. PLS MESSAGE US FOR DETAILS.
  Add’l “add-on” guests, pls discuss with us prior to rental. Add'l Overnight guests- $15/guest/night. Add'l Day Guests might be a fee, depending on how many guests. The number of guests in your rental should be appropriate for the number of beds you use We have securty cameras on the front porch, parking areas, and along property lines Please keep noise levels low, especially after 10 PM, as sound travels easily across the pond. A smart noise detection system monitors indoor and outdoor sound levels. Guests may not enter wooded areas, or use trails. Please stay within the front or back yards or around the barn's pond. See the Designated Area Map for details. The Barn is accessible and equipped to accommodate guests with mobility needs. Primary guest must be at least 25 years old and present for the duration of the stay. To help maintain the property, guests are not permitted to hang, mount, tape, glue, or hammer nails, screws, hooks, decorations, signs, banners, or other items onto any walls, ceilings, doors, or surfaces within the property.
Any damage resulting from the installation or removal of such items, including holes, paint damage, residue, or other repairs, will result in additional charges to cover the cost of restoration.
