Early check-in requires preparing the property ahead of schedule, which involves additional effort. Our cleaning and maintenance team prioritizes early check-ins to ensure the space is spotless and ready for your arrival before the standard time. Early check-in is available for a fee of $45 if the check-in time is between 12:00 PM and 3:00 PM. Early check-in is subject to the availability of the property, the cleaning schedule, and whether there is a guest checking out on the same day as your arrival. Early check-in can only be confirmed by the end of the day prior to your scheduled check-in date. The early check-in fee will be requested and processed through the booking platform. We recommend reaching out a day before your check-in date to confirm availability.

NO SMOKING: Smoking or vaping of ANY KIND is not allowed. A $200 fee will charged if evidence is found in your home. Locals must contact host prior to booking Please leave all common areas clean and as you found them when you arrived. This includes washing your dishes and leaving the kitchen area clean No food or drinks in bedrooms Early check ins or late departures without prior approval are not allowed. No refunds are issued for late check-in or early departure. The property requires identity verification on all guests age 18 years or older and a completed profile. Guests should be responsive and reachable through the platform from the time the reservation is made through the completion of their stay. For awareness: This house is 2 stories One parking spot is available on the premise in a shared 2 car garage. One spot in the garage is assigned to this unit. For additional cars there is on street parking. Do not exceed the maximum number of guests listed. Additional guests staying the night beyond the agreed upon number is not allowed. For awareness: There are 2 exterior security cameras: 1 in the front and 1 in the back. It is motion detection and for security purposes. Regarding our hot tub. Please remember that all guests are using this amenity at your own risk.

Ownership, nor management does not accept any liability for your use. Please shower with soap and water before entering hot tub and do not wear sunblock or other lotions into the hot tub, as it will damage the equipment.

Please be aware that guests shouldn't enjoy the hot tub for more than 15 to 30 minutes.

Please do not enter if temperature is over 104 degrees. Additional hot tub safety rules will be posted near the hot tub. Do not to move any furniture or decorations within the premises. Please do not use the provided towels to remove make up or clean something that could stain them, you could be subject to extra cleaning fee. We only provide one set of towels per person. We provide a starter pack of essentials (towels, trash bags, soap, paper towel, toilet paper, hand soap) etc., If you ran out of them, it's under your responsibility to refill them for yourself.
