The front porch, with its rocking chairs and swing, offers a tranquil spot to enjoy your morning coffee before a day of exploring. Ideally located, Watermark is just a 7-minute walk to the charming St. Simons Village and the iconic pier, where you can enjoy shopping, dining, and beautiful ocean views. The home also provides a 2-car garage and parking for up to 6 vehicles. For your convenience, Watermark offers a variety of amenities, including WiFi, a fully equipped kitchen, a game room with foosball and board games, and beach gear such as chairs and towels. Pets under 25 lbs are welcome with a $200 fee. Please note that Watermark is a quiet, family-friendly property, and we ask that guests respect the local noise ordinance and refrain from hosting any parties or events. No smoking is allowed, and the minimum age to book is 25 (or 30 for the last weekend in October).
