In the main house, the primary bedroom offers a King bed and an ensuite bathroom with a separate shower and tub. The guest house provides additional privacy and includes the "Blue Room" with a Queen bed and ensuite shower, as well as the "Teal Room" with a Queen bed and an attached bathroom that also provides outside access from the pool area. The guest house also includes a small gathering space equipped with a sink and drink refrigerator. In the main house, a shared half bathroom is located in the hall, and laundry facilities are conveniently situated off the primary bedroom.

The heart of the home is an inviting living space entered via a covered front porch, featuring comfy seating for movie nights or ballgames. The kitchen provides ample counter space for meal prep and serving, with a bar for casual eating and a dining area that seats 6 guests.

Outdoor living is central to the experience here, featuring a private pool perfect for cooling off, a covered back porch, and a gas propane grill for open-air dining. An outdoor shower is also conveniently located on the side of the guest house.

Located on the south end of the island, the cottage is just steps from the Pier Village district, the downtown social hub of St. Simons. Guests are minutes away from shopping, dining, the St. Simons Lighthouse and Museum, and Neptune Park, which offers a miniature golf course, fishing pier, and ocean-side facilities.
