The sleeping arrangements include a master suite with a king size bed, a bedroom with a king size bed and a twin with twin trundle, a bedroom with a queen bed, and a bedroom with two twin size beds. For additional flexibility, the family room includes a queen sleeper sofa.

Inside, the home is filled with warmth and personality. The main level boasts a family room with a decorative gas log fireplace and a piano, an additional sitting area with a wet bar, and a large dining room that opens into a fully equipped kitchen featuring a Subzero refrigerator and gas stove. A generous sunroom with a TV and games provides the perfect spot for entertainment. Outdoor living is emphasized with a true southern style screened-in porch featuring brick flooring, a swing, and rocking chairs. The private backyard is a retreat of its own, complete with a deck, gas grill, and a hot and cold water outdoor shower.
