The second floor houses a King suite with an ensuite bath, a Queen bedroom, and two additional bedrooms each with two Full-size beds. Notably, Bedroom 6 includes its own ensuite lounge and media space. The layout is connected by interior stairs, and the entrance also requires stairs for access.

Step outside into an expansive private backyard designed for total relaxation and entertainment. This resort-style oasis includes a private pool with a built-in spa, a private putting green, and a dedicated outdoor grill station. Guests can enjoy the covered outdoor dining area with built-in bar seating or refresh in the outdoor shower. Please note that the pool remains unheated if outdoor temperatures are below 50-60 degrees F until October 1, 2026, after which it will be reliably heated regardless of the temperature.
