The third floor features the primary suite with a King bed and an ensuite bathroom, a third bedroom with a Queen bed, and a fourth bedroom equipped with a full-over-full bunk bed and a twin trundle. Additionally, the property includes a separate Pool House containing the fifth bedroom with a full bed and its own full bathroom.

The home is packed with unique features to enhance your stay. The first floor includes a garage equipped with a ping pong table and a golf cart for exploring the area, as well as a convenient wet bar with a mini fridge and coffee station. The second floor serves as the heart of the home, housing the main kitchen, dining, and living areas. For those seeking a private escape, the Pool House offers a sofa, dining table, and a fully equipped kitchen with a full-size fridge and microwave.
