Hot Tub – Summer Months: During the summer months in SC, extreme outdoor temperatures and heat indexes may prevent the hot tub from maintaining its typical heated temperature. For guest safety, the hot tub may operate at a lower temperature and, at times, the water temperature may be similar to the pool. This is normal during periods of extreme heat and is not considered a malfunction.

Pool Equipment: For your safety, please do not adjust, operate, or tamper with any pool equipment, including pumps, filters, timers, valves, or control panels. If you experience an issue with the pool, please contact the property manager.
