Each bedroom is tastefully decorated to provide a cozy and relaxing atmosphere for a restful night's sleep. The main level hosts Suite 1, a King bedroom with a Smart TV and an en suite bathroom featuring a separate shower and a luxurious soaker tub. Upstairs, you will find three additional suites, all featuring King beds and Smart TVs. Suite 2 includes a sleeper sofa in a cozy nook, Suite 3 offers an en suite bathroom with a combination tub and shower, and Suite 4 provides a dedicated desk for those needing a workspace.

One of the favorite highlights of the property is the private pool, which ranges from 3ft in the shallow end to 6ft in the deep end. For those visiting during cooler months, a heating option is available. Complementing the pool is a screened-in porch that overlooks the water, equipped with a large smart TV so you can enjoy your favorite shows while breathing in the fresh air.

Located on the south end of the island, the home is just steps away from ocean front access, though guests should note that beach access is tide contingent. You are conveniently located near the St. Simons Pier Village district, the island's downtown social hub. This area is renowned for its charming shops and delicious restaurants.
