• Pets: Not allowed
• Parking: Space for 3 vehicles in front of the cottage
• Pool Heating: Provided at no charge on weekends and specific holiday weeks (Spring Break, Thanksgiving, Christmas to New Year's). A $50 daily charge applies for heating during other cooler months.
• Cancellation Policy: 100% refund if cancelled more than 60 days prior to arrival; no refund for cancellations within 60 days.
• Linens and bath towels are provided.
