This exquisite home is designed for large groups and families, featuring 9 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms to comfortably accommodate up to 16 guests. The first floor offers a cozy bedroom with a full bed and a king master bedroom complete with its own private ensuite bathroom. As you ascend to the upper level, the flexible layout continues with two bedrooms each featuring a full bed connected by a convenient Jack and Jill bathroom, and another bedroom with a Queen bed. Additionally, a second Jack and Jill bathroom connects a Queen bedroom and a room with two twin beds. The excitement continues with a bedroom featuring a Full/twin bunk bed, and a final expansive retreat providing three full beds for maximum flexibility.

Outdoor living is a highlight of the property. You can take a dip in the large screened pool and spa or lounge on one of many chairs while soaking up the Florida sun. The lanai area serves as a perfect social hub, complete with a dedicated seating area and a large dining table for open-air meals.

Guests also enjoy exclusive access to The Oasis Clubhouse, open daily from 9 am to 9 pm. This community hub allows you to drift down the lazy river, stay active at the gym, or challenge friends to a game in the arcade.

Practical details include a check-in time of 4:00 PM and check-out at 10:00 AM. Early check-ins or late check-outs may be requested two days in advance for an additional fee. Pool and hot tub heating is available for $70 every five days, and a grill cleaning fee of $29.95 applies if the grill is used. For your convenience, a washer and dryer are provided; please bring your own detergents. The property is equipped with a doorbell camera positioned toward the street and front door. We are pleased to offer pet-friendly accommodations, though pets must stay off the furniture and a $250 fee applies for any pet-related damages. Please note that the primary guest booking must be 21 years of age or older.
