The villa is designed for group comfort and flexibility. The sleeping arrangements include three bedrooms featuring two king beds and two queen beds, along with a pull-out sofa bed in the living area to accommodate up to 10 guests. The layout is completed by three bathrooms, a dedicated dining area, and a living space equipped with a large flat-screen television with cable/satellite service and a DVD player. For those who enjoy home-cooked meals, the full-size kitchen is well-appointed with a conventional oven/stove, refrigerator with icemaker, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, and coffeemaker, as well as all necessary pots, pans, and silverware. The villa also includes a washer/dryer and a private patio or balcony.

Please note that the resort is cashless and a daily parking fee of $30 applies (subject to change). The guest checking in must be 21 years or older and provide a valid credit card for a refundable damage deposit. While service animals are welcome, family pets are not permitted and may result in a Room Recovery Fee. Please be aware that from September 16, 2024, through October 31, 2024, the Upper Cascade Pool, Spas, and Deck will be closed for maintenance, though the Grotto Pool and Lower Cascade Pool remain open.

As you are renting directly from a timeshare owner, please note that you may be asked to watch a timeshare presentation, though you are under no obligation to do so. Your suite may be a mobility accessible unit, and while the resort will provide the best available suite, a specific location cannot be guaranteed.
