**Pool/Spa Heat: $40 per day; we recommend adding this service to your stay 24-48 hours prior to arrival to allow ample time for heating. Note: pool heat may not be operational during cold fronts and refunds will not be issued for weather related challenges. **Patio Grill Rental: $95 per stay; please contact Homes by Villatel's Guest Services team before or during your stay to add a grill rental to your reservation. Smoking inside or outside will result in a minimum $1,000 charge against your security deposit. **A max of 2 standard sized cars can be parked in the driveway. If extra parking is needed, there are designated street parking spots throughout Solara (marked by white lines), available on a first-come, first-served basis.

Each single-family home receives 3 complimentary parking passes, with any additional vehicles subject to a $25/vehicle fee per stay.

Parking rules and regulations are enforced by the community, and violations may result in towing or fines. Homes by Villatel is not responsible for any losses or penalties incurred due to failure to comply with these rules. RVs, large vans, tractors, and buses are not allowed.

Properties are subject to all additional terms, policies, rules, guidelines, or instructions that we may post on, link to from, or provide you with in writing, including posted at or provided in the applicable Property. You must comply with all of our and the applicable Property Manager’s rules.

You and your guest(s) may use only the Property amenities (e.g., fitness room and gym equipment) that are described in your reservation confirmation. Such amenities may be subject to additional fees and access may be limited and cannot be guaranteed. You agree to comply and ensure all of your guests’ compliance with all of our and the applicable Property Manager’s rules with respect to your and your guests’ use of such amenities. You understand and agree that use of such amenities may be suspended if you or any of your guests violate any such rules. You shall be responsible for any damage to such amenities that you or any of your guests cause. ANY USE OF SUCH AMENITIES IS AT YOUR AND YOUR GUESTS’ OWN RISK AND YOU AND YOUR GUESTS RELEASE, DISCHARGE, AND COVENANT NOT TO SUE US AND THE APPLICABLE PROPERTY MANAGER IN CONNECTION WITH ANY USE OF SUCH AMENITIES.

All Properties are provided with a basic starter supply of toiletries and kitchen supplies, guests are then responsible for purchasing/supplying all further supplies required for the duration of their stay.

Solara welcomes up to two well-mannered dogs per reservation, with a maximum combined weight of 125 lbs, or 75 lbs for a single dog. A non-refundable $150 fee applies per dog, per stay. ADA-certified service dogs are always welcome at no charge. Reach out to our Guest Services team with any inquiries.

No smoking is not allowed inside any of the Properties. Failure to observe these rules will result in a minimum $1,000 charge against your security deposit.

Every Property is provided with an information manual which will contain both general and specific information relevant to both the Property and surrounding area. Attention should be given to the trash and parking requirements. Please be aware that parking of RVs, campers, and trailers may be prohibited by Property Managers of the Property. Homes by Villatel makes no guarantees that such vehicle types will be permitted on the premises.
