The sleeping arrangements include a Master Bedroom with a King bed, a second bedroom with a Queen bed, and a third bedroom featuring two twin beds on the main level. The lower level provides additional privacy with a bedroom featuring a King size bed, an area with two twin beds, and a Queen size sofa sleeper in the living area. There are 2 bathrooms to serve the group.

The home is defined by an open concept design. The upstairs living area features oversized sliders that open to the pool area, a 70" Smart TV, and an entertainment center stocked with games and puzzles. The well-equipped kitchen is a hub for the family, featuring a 60" round dining table that seats eight, a breakfast table for four, and a snack bar for another four guests. For the home chef, the kitchen includes a Mr. Coffee, Keurig, Air Fryer, Blender, Toaster, and Crockpot.

Outdoor living is where Family Tides truly shines. The backyard features a heated pool, new outdoor furniture with loungers and a dining area, a BBQ grill, and a convenient poolside kitchenette with a refrigerator. A covered seating area with outdoor fans offers a place to unwind, while a newly installed solar shower by the front door makes it easy to wash off the sand after a day at the beach.

Located just a 2-minute walk from the sand, guests can easily soak up Gulf breezes or stroll to the popular Pier area for shopping, cocktails, and live music. For easy navigation, the seasonal Trolley and Tram stop right beside the house on Estero Blvd. The wide driveway can accommodate up to 6 cars.
