Designed for large groups, the lodge features 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, providing a comfortable sleeping arrangement for up to 16 guests. The interior is a nature lover's dream, boasting over 4,000 square feet of space with an open floor plan, large rooms, and expansive windows that invite the outdoors in. Guests can relax in multiple living spaces, prepare meals in the full kitchen, or gather around the large dining area. For entertainment, the basement features a pool table, perfect for late-night laughs and friendly competition.

The outdoor experience is equally impressive, featuring a private deck, gardens, and a ¾-acre natural pond. Whether you are fishing, swimming, or taking out the provided small boat, the waterfront offers endless relaxation. The open yard space and firepit provide the perfect backdrop for board games and evening conversations under the stars.

Located in the scenic Loudonville area, the property provides a serene environment for making lasting memories. Access to the lodge is via a long, cement-paved driveway. Due to the incline, guests arriving between December 1st and April 1st are strongly recommended to use a vehicle equipped with four-wheel drive (4WD) or all-wheel drive (AWD) to ensure safe access during winter weather.

• Child Safety: The property is not childproof. Adults must actively supervise children at all times, especially near the natural pond.

• Firewood: Not provided. A cash-only self-serve stand is available nearby at Twin Oaks Farm (915 OH-95, Perrysville, OH).
