About Property

Discover the ultimate coastal getaway at Shore Beats Work AMI at Bean Point, an elevated retreat perfect for families or groups seeking a relaxing vacation in Anna Maria, Florida. Having undergone a complete interior remodel in January 2023, this home blends modern comfort with a fantastic location just steps away from one of the most beautiful, sought-after beaches in the state.

The home is thoughtfully designed across three levels to maximize space and views. The second level serves as the heart of the home, featuring a spacious living area with a full kitchen, a dining area, and a living room equipped with a smart TV and wifi. This level also hosts the main bedroom, which offers a California King bed, a smart TV, and the convenience of an en-suite bath. Guests can step out onto a large deck from this floor to enjoy stunning views of the beach and water.

On the third level, you will find two additional bedrooms. One is furnished with a California King bed, while the second provides two Queen size beds; both rooms include smart TVs and share a bathroom featuring a tub/shower combo. This level also includes a full deck with a partial view of the Gulf of Mexico, perfect for watching the sunset.

Outdoor living is a priority here. The first level provides parking for three vehicles and access to a lovely heated pool (available between November and April). Large patio areas with a grill are available for those fun get-together moments. To ensure a seamless beach experience, the property provides a beach cart, beach chairs, umbrellas, and beach towels for the whole crew.

Located in one of the most desired areas of Anna Maria Island, you are just steps from Bean Point, where the Gulf of Mexico meets Tampa Bay. From this vantage point, you can spot the Sunshine Skyway Bridge, Egmont Key, and Passage Key.
