Booking Agreement for The Attic

Minimum Check-In & Booking Age is 21.

1. Check-in and Check-out: a. Check-in time is after 4:00 PM on the scheduled arrival date. b. Check-out time is before 11:00 AM on the scheduled departure date. c. Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request and subject to availability and additional charges. d. There is no staff on site to assist with check in. Please refer to your email on the day of arrival to receive access instructions.

2. Payment and Cancellation Policy: a. The Guest agrees to pay the total amount due for the reservation upon check-in, including any additional charges incurred during the stay. b. Cancellations or changes to the reservation must be made in accordance with the properties cancellation policy, as stated at the time of booking.

3. Occupancy and Visitors: a. The maximum occupancy for the reserved property must not be exceeded. b. Visitors are not allowed if the number exceeds the maximum occupancy of the property, per State of Ohio fire code. If you are planning on hosting an event in our space, please email us immediately for approval in writing.

4. Smoking and Drug Policy: a. Smoking, including the use of e-cigarettes and vaping devices, is strictly prohibited in all areas of the property, including guest rooms, common areas, and the building exterior. b. The use, possession, or distribution of illegal drugs is strictly prohibited on our premises. All occupants will be evicted and a police report will be created. c. Any evidence of smoking on our property will result in an immediate fine of $250.00.

5. Noise and Disturbances: a. Guests are expected to respect the peace and privacy of other guests. Excessive noise or disturbances will not be tolerated, especially between 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM. b. Parties or gatherings that may disturb other guests are not allowed without prior approval in writing. c. Unapproved events will result in an immediate eviction without a refund.

6. Damages and Loss: a. The Guest is responsible for any damages caused to the property, including but not limited to furniture, fixtures, and equipment. The unit is thoroughly inspected between guests, and you agree to cover costs of any damage caused any member of your group. b. The Guest agrees to report any damages or losses to the management company immediately. c. Any damage noticed upon arrival must be notified to the management company in writing within the first hour of arrival. Please email with photos and descriptions.

7. Pets: a. Pets are not allowed and there are no exceptions. Any service animal must be reported before arrival to the management company via email or messenger.

8. Liability: a. We are not liable for any loss, damage, or injury to the Guest or their property during their stay, including but not limited to theft, accidents, or acts of nature.

By booking our property, you are agreeing to adhere to all house rules and regulations. Any violation may result in an eviction without the possibility of a refund.
