This home is designed for comfort and connection, featuring 3 bedrooms with 3 beds and 2 full bathrooms. The interior layout invites you to enjoy the love and coziness of a small home, yet it remains highly functional. The dining area easily accommodates eight guests at the table, and the kitchen is spacious enough for three people to prepare meals simultaneously. For seasonal comfort, the home features a gas fireplace to warm the winter months and an "all glass" garage door that opens the space to the outdoors during the summer.

Inside the home, you will find:

• A full kitchen stocked with serving dishes and cookware
• Two full bathrooms, including a soaking tub on the first floor
• A convenient washer and dryer
• An available queen air mattress for additional flexibility

The outdoor experience is where the OG Box truly shines, boasting 18.5 acres to hike and explore. A first-floor wrap-around deck extends the living area, allowing you to gather around the gas grill or cuddle up on the couch by the gas fire pit. For ultimate relaxation, soak in the 6-person hot tub nestled among the trees or enjoy the outdoor swing. The crowning jewel is the rooftop patio, accessible via the rolling garage door or a spiral staircase, providing the perfect spot to sunbathe, stargaze, or mix cocktails in the fresh air. Additional outdoor features include a large deck overlooking the ravine and an outdoor shower (available outside of winter).

• Pets: Up to 2 dogs are allowed with a $100.00 pet fee. We kindly ask that dogs remain off the furniture, are not left unattended in the house, and that all waste is cleaned up.
