The layout is meticulously designed for privacy and comfort, featuring 8 bedrooms, 8 beds, and 7 bathrooms, accommodating up to 16 guests. The sleeping arrangements are spread across 8 separate units, ensuring every couple or family has their own door. This includes four private suites in the main house (identified as the Blue, Yellow, Red, and Green Doors), two cozy tiny houses known as Big Red and Gray Tiny, and two spacious barndominiums (the Orange and Purple Doors) located just steps from the outdoor leisure areas.

While the sleeping quarters are private, the heart of the experience lies in the shared spaces reserved solely for your group. You can unwind in the hot tub and sauna, gather around the fire pit with provided firewood, or relax under the gazebo and by the farm pond. The property offers stunning riding arena views and ample parking for all your guests.

Nature is the primary soundtrack here; the property is quiet, save for the lively presence of horses, donkeys, goats, peacocks, ducks, emus, guinea fowl, and chickens. Please note that while the rentals and grounds are yours, the working side of the barn, pastures, and animal pens are off-limits for safety.
