The main floor hosts a second King bedroom and a versatile room equipped with a single-over-full bunk bed and a single trundle, both with easy access to the main full bath with a tub/shower combo.

You are just 2.6 miles from the Chestnut Ridge Wedding Venue and 14 minutes from Downtown Canton and BearWaters Brewing. A short drive brings you to the River Arts District (25 mins), Downtown Asheville (26 mins), the Biltmore Estate (30 mins), and the Omni Grove Park Inn (35 mins). For nature lovers, the Pisgah National Forest hiking trails and the Blue Ridge Parkway are within 35 to 40 minutes.

Practical Info & Rules Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Due to the newly graded gravel road and steep elevation, an All-Wheel Drive (AWD) or 4-Wheel Drive (4WD) vehicle is STRICTLY required for access; no refunds are provided for vehicle incompatibility. Up to 2 well-behaved pets are welcome with a $50 fee per pet. Please note the front fireplace is decorative. Exterior cameras are in place for security, and as part of mountain living, occasional insects may enter despite regular pest control.
