House rules: NO SMOKING INSIDE Smoking is permitted outside, provided all exterior doors are closed and buds are disposed of safely (ie, not in a trash bag/paper cup/or other flammable container). Ring Doorbells at front and backdoor.
No booking same day. ONLY dogs allowed with pre-approval from host. $75 fee or higher depending on number of dogs. Dog not allowed on furniture. No Fireworks, confetti, or glitter. No tape on walls, cabinets, etc. No professional photography or videography without prior approval. No firearms. No parties without prior approval. Absolutely no driving on the grass at the property, as we have a septic system. No tampering with the router, smart lock, or ring doorbell. No swimming in the pond (to protect the fish). Pond is catch and release only. Events require prior approval. Additional fees apply. All additional guests must have pre-approval. Max number of guests on property is 18 without prior approval. Guests agree to read and abide by other rules and notes in the House Manual attached and located at the Farmhouse. Garage and all outbuildings are off limits.
