We want you to have a comfortable and enjoyable stay, and to ensure that, we kindly ask all guests to follow these house rules.

Pets are welcome, but please keep them off bedding and furniture. Bring extra blankets or a pet bed for their comfort. The velvet couches are delicate.

Pets must be crated when left unattended. Please also clean up after your pets—excessive pet-related messes may result in a $200 cleaning fee plus any damages.

All pets must be listed on the reservation. Unauthorized pets will result in a $500 fee.

No parties, events, or unapproved overnight guests. Only registered guests may stay overnight. Unauthorized gatherings will result in a $500 fee plus any damages.

No smoking inside the home. Properly dispose of cigarette butts outside. Evidence of indoor smoking will result in a $500 fee.

Please don’t rearrange furniture or decor. Our designer has thoughtfully curated the space, and our cleaning crew is here to tidy up, not redecorate.

Help keep the space clean. Unbagged trash, unwashed dishes, or excessive messes may lead to additional cleaning fees.

Checkout on time is essential. Delays that impact our housekeeping team may result in extra charges.

No glitter, confetti, or hard-to-clean decorations. Please do not tape anything to the walls, ceilings, or woodwork.

Kindly use the black towels provided for makeup removal to avoid staining the white towels.

Internet access: We make every effort to ensure this service is working properly, but we are not responsible for problems with internet service or the guest’s computer. We do not provide any technical support and no refunds are issued for internet service related problems. We would ask you to reset the router, but it is other than that it is out of our control.

We do our best to make sure all advertised amenities are in working order upon the arrival of our guests. Although rare, sometimes amenities will stop working without warning. We will make every effort to get amenities back up and running or replace the amenity to the best of our ability. In the event the downed amenity is unable to be used during a stay for a mechanical reason, and the Guest has properly notified us, we will refund the Guest $15 for every 24 hours they are unable to use the amenity due to mechanical failure. We do not refund money for problems associated with improper use by guest.
