Designed for versatility, these two suites are joined by a central door that can be unlocked to transform the space into one larger unit. The layout features 4 bedrooms, 4 beds, and 4 bathrooms, with a total guest capacity of 12 when utilizing every bed and sleeper sofa. Having been completely refreshed in 2020, the interiors boast new appliances, linens, and most of the furniture, blending the spirit of a 1994 bed and breakfast with contemporary updates.

While general property amenities are limited to the shared outdoor spaces, guests can enjoy several specific features during their stay:

• Continental breakfast provided in-suite featuring pastries, fresh fruit, yogurt, oatmeal, breakfast bars, Keurig coffee, and tea
• Shared backyard with a BBQ for grilling and outdoor dining tables

Located in a historic area of the Village of Clarkston, Michigan, the Inn is just a short and scenic walk from downtown shops, sites, and a variety of restaurants, including Latin cuisine and barbecue. The area is known for its beautiful gardens and welcoming atmosphere, with several historic homes to admire during your stroll. Beyond the village, you are close to hiking trails in the Holly and Fenton areas, and just a 4-mile drive from both Pine Knob Music Theatre and Pine Knob Ski Resort. Mt. Holly Ski and Snowboard Resort is located 10 miles north, while major shopping malls and theaters are a 25-minute drive away.

• Parking: Two reserved parking spots are provided. Additional spots may be arranged based on availability. Due to limited paid parking downtown, walking is highly recommended.
• Occupancy: Base rates are for 8 guests; each additional guest over the age of two is $50 per night.
• Restrictions: No pets allowed. Events such as birthday, dinner, or wedding parties are strictly prohibited.
• Scent & Smoke Policy: To maintain a peaceful, scent-neutral environment, smoking, burning, vaporizing, diffusing, or cooking items that leave distinct odors is strictly prohibited anywhere on the property. Violations result in a $250 restoration fee.
