Sleeping arrangements include a king bed in the primary main-level bedroom with a private bath, a second king bed in an upper-level guest room, and a queen-over-queen bunk in the third bedroom. For additional guests, a queen sleeper sofa is located in the lower-level game room.

The home is packed with high-end entertainment and relaxation features:
